Brandon Hinkle
Chief Executive Officer
Brandon Hinkle

Brandon Hinkle is the co-founder and CEO of plura Financial Solutions. Brandon has built a solid team of full-time staff, independent contractors and professional and strategic advisors. Brandon brings more than 10 years of banking and finance experience to plura. Prior to co-founding plura, Brandon served in the workout group for GE Capital's sponsor finance division (Antares) as Agent for middle market transactions in various stages of insolvency, assisting GE and its customers navigate through bankruptcy, debt-for-equity conversions, enterprise valuations, distressed debt valuations, liquidation analyses, UCC sales, DIP loans, and traditional debt restructures. Brandon started his career as an underwriter in Merrill Lynch's small business lending division providing working capital, equipment, real estate, acquisition and recapitalization loans nationwide. Brandon transferred into Merrill Lynch Capital's corporate finance group in 2005, underwriting sponsored leveraged buyouts in the middle market. Brandon received a BA in finance from Michigan State University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management with concentrations in marketing and entrepreneurship.

Ryan McElvogue
President
Ryan McElvogue

Ryan McElvogue, President & Chief Operating Officer,  brings over 10 years experience in technology management, strategy and execution. Ryan currently also serves as Managing Director of FFastFill Inc, an application services provider for the global electronic trading community. Ryan's responsibilities include management of the company's US operations, global product strategy and strategic partnerships. Ryan previously held roles in enterprise program management, project management and e-business at the Chicago Board of Trade and General Motors. Ryan earned an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management with concentrations in Management & Strategy, Finance and Entrepreneurship. He received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Illinois with a concentration in Management Information Systems and holds the PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute.

Ryan Eavy
Chief Technology Officer
Ryan Eavy

Ryan Eavy, Chief Technology Officer, is the architect of plura's proprietary platform and manages all aspects of our technology. Highly skilled in a wide range of technologies and programming languages, Ryan has architected applications across the financial, manufacturing and government sectors. His vast experience most recently includes Executive Director of Enterprise Architecture at The CME Group, responsible for ensuring technology & business strategy alignment. Ryan also served as the Senior Application & Security Architect at the CME, where he was the Co-Inventor of the System and Method for Processing Matched Trades.

Ryan has more than 14 years experience in the IT industry in application architecture, design and implementation, and has implemented solutions for Nokia, State of Michigan Unemployment Agency, John Hancock Financial and Galyans. Ryan received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at The University of Michigan and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computational Finance at DePaul University.

Karen Orlich
Chief Marketing Officer/> Karen Orlich

Karen brings 20 years of experience in business development, marketing, and finance to plura. She previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at AllCell Technologies, in addition to managing sales, marketing, and public relations.
The majority of her career has been dedicated to the financial services industry, primarily in corporate banking, with Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, and GE Capital. Karen was also Director of Sales for a marketing services firm before founding Apex Business Consulting in 2007 where she continues to advise small to middle-market companies on business development, marketing, financial/strategic planning, and operations. Karen is a graduate from Michigan State University with a BA in Financial Administration.

Bob Kassebaum
Bob Kassebaum

Bob Kassebaum is TAB Bank's Senior Vice President and National Strategic Alliance Director, where he is responsible for sourcing new business opportunities by providing asset-based and factoring working capital facilities. Prior to joining TAB, Bob spent six years with Marquette Commercial Finance as SVP of Sales & Marketing, and Manager of Marquette's National Preferred Lender Program. Before joining Marquette, Bob spent eight years with Merril Lynch as Vice President and Manager of Merrill Lynch's Referral Lending Group. Bob began his career with Heller Financial including roles as SVP, Group Credit Officer, Manager and founder of Heller's Small Business Factoring group, and Sales Manager for Heller's Small Business asset-based lending unit. Bob is a member of the TMA, CFA, and ACG and is a graduate of Queens College in New York City.

John Martin
John Martin

John Martin is the President and CEO of GE Antares Capital, which provides acquisition financing to the Private Equity Sponsor community. Among other responsibilities, this role entails oversight of an $8 billion portfolio of acquisition loans and investments. In 1996, John was a co-Founder of Antares Capital Corporation, a Chicago-based provider of acquisition financing. He became Chief Operating Officer of Antares in 2000. Prior to forming Antares, John was a senior executive with Heller Financial, a Chicago-based commercial finance company. He began his career with Continental Illinois National Bank. John earned his BBA-Finance from Notre Dame in 1982.

Richard Park
Richard Park

Richard Park is the Senior Director of Global Business Development and Mergers & Acquisitions at Automatic Data Processing (Nasdaq: ADP). Richard is an experienced investor and corporate mergers & acquisitions professional focused on Technology Enabled Business Services with significant experience with Financial Technology and Transaction Processing ventures. At ADP, Richard has mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and operational integration coverage. Previously, Richard was an equity analyst at UBS Investment Bank covering mid-capitalization companies within the technology sector for institutional investors. He also worked at GE Capital supporting enterprise risk management, acquisitions, new product investments, and corporate strategy. Richard received a BA from Boston University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Mike Raspatello
Mike Raspatello

Mike Raspatello. After spending four years founding and developing Rivalfish, Inc., the leading rivalry-themed online comedy brand regularly featured in national print, broadcast, and radio outlets such as WGN, ESPN, Sports Illustrated, USA Today, and Entrepreneur Magazine, Mike and his partners sold Rivalfish to National Lampoon in January 2008. A serial entrepreneur, Mike has also founded Kingtello Presents, producing the Chicago Bluegrass & Blues Festival and other nationally recognized live music events. Mike also produced and directed the nationally syndicated Mancow Radio Experience and Mancow & Cassidy Show, and is in pre-production of two independent documentary projects. Mike currently serves as Associate Brand Manager at Anheuser-Busch InBev. He is an honors graduate of the University of Michigan with a BA in Marketing and Communications, and received an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Gregory White
Gregory White

Gregory White has over 15 years of investment, entrepreneurial and finance experience. He was a Co-Founder and Partner of a private equity firm, Chicago Venture Partners, L.P. (CVP), where he identified, evaluated and structured investments in rapidly growing companies and provided assistance to the funds portfolio companies. Prior to CVP, he gained investment experience working at Salomon Brothers, Continental Bank and Shorebank. White is currently President & CEO of LEARN Charter School Network. He also teaches Entrepreneurship and New Venture Formation at Northwestern University. He currently serves on the board of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, a $90 billion wholesale bank, National Louis University and Christ the King Jesuit College Preparatory School. Greg graduated with honors from Brown University with BA degrees in both Economics and Development Studies. He earned his MBA from the Harvard Business School.
