Circumstances may arise where for business reasons, plura decides to sell, buy, merge, or otherwise
reorganize its businesses. Such a transaction may involve the disclosure of personal identifying information
to prospective or actual purchasers. We intend to seek appropriate protection for information in these
types of transactions.
Under certain circumstances, your information may be subject to disclosure pursuant to a judicial or
other government subpoenas, warrants or orders.
We do not share your information with any third parties except as specified above. At any time you may
update your profile and loan application. Furthermore, you can withdraw a loan application, removing it
from the view of potential lenders.
Special Notice to California Residents We will not share any personal information about you with other companies to the extent prohibited by applicable California law or to the extent your prior consent to share is required by applicable California law. If you are a resident of California, in addition to the rights set forth in this Privacy Policy, you have the right to request information from us regarding the manner in which we share certain categories of personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Our application architecture is designed to protect against the most common forms of malicious web attacks including SQL injection and cross-site scripting. The physical security is equally safeguarded. The plura infrastructure is hosted in a secure, non-disclosed facility. This facility provides stringent environmental controls, biometric access controls, and 24 hour security personnel. plura contracts with multiple third-party firms to conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on all levels of the application. These security audits are performed regularly to protect against the latest malicious attack protocols. plura will exercise all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your information. However, transmissions protected by industry standard security technology and implemented by human beings cannot be made absolutely secure. Consequently, we will not be liable for unauthorized disclosure of your information due to no fault of plura including, but not limited to, errors in transmission and unauthorized acts of our staff and/or third parties.

Opt-Out Right
You have the right at any time to cease permitting your information from being collected, used or disclosed by plura. Right of cancellation may be exercised by contacting us via email at support@plurafinancial.com. After processing the cancellation, plura will delete your information from its database.
